I decided to buy a 1 bedroom (33 sqm) unit, which was designed in a cozy and clean white tone and perfectly managed spaces. However, there is a little bit of a problem with parking. The project indicates that it can park up to 62%, but in fact, it is less than that. Since it is a mixed-use project, the parking lot has to be shared with visitors who visit the commercial mall.
