The condo building is quite old and not very clean. But inside, the room has been renovated with modern decoration. As living on a high floor, I love watching a peaceful sea view. The property has a large swimming pool, sauna, tennis court, and spacious parking. Most of the residents here are foreign tourists and retiring residents. I always meet them in a common area or a pool in the evening. When it's sunny, the place will be very crowded.
