Design of the project
The reverse Beam Technique is the concept of this project. In Japanese, the technique is known as 'Runesu', the origins of the project's name. The design, a signature of the Shinwa Group, refers to the inversion of a house's beam from the ceiling to the floor, which creates an underground storage space of up to 60 cm. The project also uses the technique of lowering the floor, which is in the living area, bedroom, and hallway. In the living area, a technique called "Skip floor" is used to lower the area to increase the space between the floor and the ceiling. It will make your living area look larger and well-proportioned. In the bedroom, the project used a technique called "Den & Loft" to combine bedding and working space in a fixed area.
