A villa with a private swimming pool in a perfect blend of modern Thai style. The 3-bedroom unit is enormous with a surrounding garden for relaxing and having a bbq. Each villa has a high fence. Most of my neighbors here are foreign retirees, including me. The project always holds a meeting, which is necessary from my view as we need updates. The security team has done a good job, and the guards always ride a bicycle around the project on their shifts. So, it makes me feel secured. Superb location near restaurants and convenient travel by car!
