I am a tutor, looking for a home office to build a language school in the area. I like this project because it's a townhome of up to 4 floors, with 3 bedrooms. I also plan to renovate them as classrooms. This project is near the Central Festival, which is very convenient. Easy to travel too as most of the students are from Darasamuth School, so they can get to my place within 10 minutes. Inside the house, I can turn the first floor into a waiting area for parents and also 1 bedroom, making it easy to decide. The security system is also strict, quite safe. Plus, there are enough parking spaces, so I don't need to worry about it.
